Who we are

ConfirmedTrades (“we”, “us”) operates the website at confirmedtrades.com, a platform for tracking, verifying and showcasing trading performance. You can contact us about privacy at support@confirmedtrades.com.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address, display name, and (if you register with a password) a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name and Google account identifier.
• Trading data — when you connect a MetaTrader account, our connector sends trade history, deposits/withdrawals, balance and equity for that account so we can compute your statistics.
• Profile content — anything you choose to add, such as a bio, website, account logo, and which accounts you publish.
• Technical data — basic request information such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to operate the service.

How we use your information

• To provide the service — compute analytics, scores and rankings from your data.
• To verify the provenance of trading data (live-synced and broker-verified checks).
• To send essential emails such as email verification and password resets.
• To secure the platform, prevent abuse and fraudulent data, and debug issues.

What is public

Your account is private by default. Only the accounts and fields you choose to publish are visible to others; a core set (account type, currency, broker and leverage) is always shown on a published account so viewers can judge it fairly. You control what is published from your dashboard.

Service providers

We share limited data with providers that help us run the service. We do not sell your data.

• Google — authentication when you sign in with Google.
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails (verification, password reset).
• Oracle Cloud — hosting of the application and database.
• Porkbun — domain, DNS and email forwarding for our address.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@confirmedtrades.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

ConfirmedTrades is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
